Andrew Mittelmann - Managing Partner & Founder
Andrew has a decade of successful placements across every area of practice, as well as extensive management and training experience. His clients include major, mid-size and boutique law firms, as well as major corporations. Prior to founding Summit Legal Search, Andrew worked as a Managing Director at two leading recruiting firms in New York, placing partners and associates throughout the world in markets such as Asia, Europe, the Middle East and throughout the United States.
Andrew prides himself on providing his candidates and clients with unparalleled, confidential services. He believes that it is extremely important to listen to what his candidates are looking for so that he can suggest opportunities based on the candidates’ individual needs. At the same time, he strives to keep the search focused for his clients; whether the position he is working on is geographic, lifestyle, monetary or leadership in nature.
